 DON’T WAIT IN LINE!  SAVE MONEY AND ORDER YOUR 2011-2012 UHS FALL SEASON PASSES HERE!

 
Please print off the attached form and bring this form along with a check or cash (made payable to Urbana High School) to any Urbana High School Athletic Event from September 5th through September 19th (first two weeks of the fall season).  We will have a table set up outside of the main entrance of the stadium or gymnasium where you can pick up your passes.  Thank you for your support of your children and Urbana High School!
